First Result – Online Job Matching Tool

The primary aim of the CAMP Platform is to facilitate better and faster communication between employers and employees/trainees through digital solutions tailored to the needs of the modern labor market. The Platform is designed to reduce barriers for graduates, particularly international students, entering the European labor market. It addresses challenges such as gaps in interview skills, differences in work culture, and social integration. During the project implementation we will test the Platform with employers across Europe, adapt it accordingly, host webinars for employers interested in hosting internships, and have at least 50 internship/job offers available by the end of the project.

CAMP Survey – Employers

This is the testing survey for the CAMP platform. It will be used to match employers with suitable employees, either for a job or for an internship, nationally and internationally. We would like to determine how it can be useful in International job/internship matching and your opinion, as employers and users of the platform. Our goal is to create a European traineeship database, where the integration with employers/career offices will facilitate cross-border transitions, allowing employers to explore opportunities beyond their home country and build up their multicultural work environment.
