CAMP recognised by the European Commission as a Good Practice in Apprentice Mobility

The CAMP – Cooperation Model Towards Better Transition from Education to Labour Market project has been included in the Compendium of Good Practices from EAfA Community Members, published by the European Alliance for Apprenticeships, an initiative of the European Commission aimed at improving the quality, visibility and mobility of apprenticeship schemes across Europe.

This recognition highlights the work carried out by the CAMP consortium and its contribution to improving the transition from education to the labour market. The project has been selected in the section dedicated to apprentice mobility, where it is presented as an innovative model of international cooperation connecting students, educational institutions, companies and employers at European level.

The report particularly highlights CAMP’s digital job-matching platform, designed to facilitate communication between companies and young people seeking international work-based learning opportunities. It also underlines the value of the practical resources developed within the project, including tools for creating professional profiles aligned with Europass, guidelines for traineeship periods, an International Work Etiquette Manual, and infographics aimed at promoting intercultural awareness in the workplace.

CAMP’s presence in this European publication reinforces the relevance of the project as an initiative capable of providing concrete solutions to some of the main current challenges in education and employment. These include the internationalisation of professional pathways, the development of digital and intercultural skills, and the need to build stronger links between education systems and the labour market.

This recognition also confirms the value of CAMP’s collaborative, multi-stakeholder and transferable approach, aimed at facilitating a more effective transition from education to employment in the European labour market.
