2. Webinars for employers on the platform

A series of online webinars both for learners and foreign companies including labour market and youth for employers & career offices from Partners’ Universities and from Partners’ Networks. Webinars will be recorded and uploaded on the platform as an instructional video for for future reference and to share with those unable to attend. All outcomes will contribute to promoting multicultural work environments and international job/traineeship mobilities in VET learners across EU.

3. Development of International Business Etiquette Manual

International Work Etiquette Manual: Recommendation report on skills for green jobs, civic competences & EU values, cross-cultural competences ad check list for students Partners will develop International Work Etiquette Manual containing recommendations & information on skills for green jobs, civic competences & EU values, cross-cultural competences and check lists for students.

4. Development of European Standard Traineeship Programme

Based on the employers’ preferences and the capacities of learners, partner institutions will develop European Standard Traineeship Programme, to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for trainees across different programs, industries and in the multicultural environments. This Programme will also set transparent eligibility criteria and application processes to ensure fairness and inclusivity. Standardisation makes it easier to observe processes, measure them, spot discrepancies and reveal problems.

5. Development of the infographics for students supporting the transition from education to labour market

Infographics related to the labour market, which will explain the main features of the specific countries, as well as to conduct a series of training webinars for students, to help them better prepare for the demands of modern, multicultural labour market. The infographics will contribute to innovation in VET by providing a visually appealing and easy to understand materials for all learners, no matter their backgrounds (economic, social, educational).

6. bootCAMPs: E-Portfolio Development Workshops

Online webinars for students on specific topics, such as: how to enter the labour market, what are the expectations of the employers, development of social media image (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), effective job searching strategies, where to find best courses online (Europass learning system+ recognition of learning outcomes), soft skills training, emotional agility.

 

7. Speed networking – job interview simulations

Simulations of online interviews with students interested in job position or internship abroad willing to test their skills and competences. Speed networking recreate realistic job interview scenarios, providing students with an immersive experience and personalized feedback for online interviews with students interested in job position or internship abroad.
