CAMP Project Officially Launched to Support Youth Transition from Education to the International Labour Market. We are pleased to announce the official launch of the CAMP Project (Career Acceleration and Mobility Platform), co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ KA220-VET programme. This innovative initiative aims to strengthen the connection between vocational education and training (VET) and the demands of the international labour market.

The project is led by WSEI University (Poland), working closely with four dedicated partner organisations from across Europe: APDI Group – Agrupación de Profesionales para el Desarrollo Internacional (Spain), Innovation Frontiers IKE (Greece), TTT – Tierra, Techo, Trabajo APS (Italy), and Cosvitec EST s.r.l. (Romania). Together, they form a strong consortium focused on developing digital tools, learning materials, and practical frameworks to help students and VET learners navigate international job markets and build successful global careers.

The main goals of the CAMP Project are to facilitate the transition from education to employment, especially within multicultural and international environments. It supports learners in creating strong CVs and e-portfolios, standardises and enhances the quality of European traineeships, and promotes green skills, EU values, and intercultural competence. The project also equips university staff, career advisors, and employers with innovative tools to better match talent with opportunities.

Key outputs of the project include a comprehensive analysis of employer needs alongside country-specific reports, an International Work Etiquette Manual promoting civic competences and cultural sensitivity, and a European Standard Traineeship Programme with transparent guidelines. Additionally, the project will develop cultural infographics based on Erin Meyer’s eight dimensions of cultural difference, deliver bootCAMP-style online training webinars, speed networking sessions, and a digital matchmaking platform connecting students with internship opportunities across Europe.

The CAMP Project targets students and VET learners preparing for internships and jobs across borders, employers seeking well-prepared and culturally aware candidates, and university staff and career advisors who need effective tools to support students’ job readiness. Furthermore, policy stakeholders and networks will be engaged to ensure the sustainability and wider use of project results.
