On May 28–29, 2025, the second face-to-face Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the CAMP – Cooperation Model Towards Better Transition from Education to Labour Market project was held in Lublin, Poland. The meeting was hosted by WSEI University and brought together representatives from all partner organizations to review progress, align on deliverables, and strengthen collaboration across the project’s key areas.
Taking place at WSEI’s campus on Projektowa Street, the event commenced with a welcoming session followed by a detailed presentation of the agenda and an update on the project timeline. The first day focused on reviewing the progress of the main Work Packages:
WP2, presented by Innovation Frontiers (Greece), showcased developments in curriculum and training content.
WP3, led by TTT APS (Italy), highlighted progress in formulating the European Standard Traineeship Programme and drafting the International Work Etiquette Manual.
WP4, coordinated by COSVITEC EST s.r.l. (Romania), reported on the development of infographics and training activities supporting intercultural skills.
Participants engaged in in-depth discussions to synchronize project outputs and address content-related issues.
The second day focused on project management. WSEI led a session on financial administration, particularly the upcoming interim report and responsibilities of partners. Dissemination activities were also discussed, including presentation of the finalized dissemination plan, website updates, and outreach strategies using social media. Risk management procedures and quality assurance processes were also reviewed to ensure the smooth continuation of the project.
A key moment was the panel discussion featuring representatives from the City of Lublin and City of Rome, who shared feedback on the practical relevance of CAMP results and their potential for policy adoption in the field of vocational education and youth employment.
The meeting reaffirmed the consortium’s shared commitment to equipping VET learners with tools and knowledge for a successful transition into the European labor market, emphasizing digital readiness, intercultural understanding, and equal access to mobility opportunities.
